The truth about the cost of a new kitchen is, you can spend as much or as little as you like.
Industry example would be the cost of your family car and will easily outlast it, the kitchen is the hub of your home and gets used the most in your home.
Think about it, breakfast, lunch, dinner and then, tea, coffee, drinks and snack for you and who ever lives in your home and don’t forget about the guests!

This would be Kitchen units, worktops, sink & taps, appliances, flooring and hidden costs electrics, plumbing, plastering or even light building works this could mean moving doors, windows or walls.

Other considerations are who’s taking out the old kitchen removing old tiles and getting rid of them, some of these jobs you could do this yourself and save money or let the professionals do it safely and legally or get them to do part and you do part, just make sure everyone knows their part so jobs are not done twice.

Replacement worktops

Worktops material used e.g. Quartz, Granite, porcelain, Corian, wood, or laminate etc.

All these materials have option for different colours finishes and qualities and also cost.

You will need to talk over your requirements and get several quotes to suit you and your budget.

Kitchen Door replacement

You can change your doors leaving your old carcasses in place giving your kitchen a facelift.

Sometimes this is all you need but consider this, if the carcasses are very old or not giving you the storage solutions you need this can be a mistake as hinges runners and facias, plinths, trims and end panel would also need changing.

Look at the material first as some have great properties for stain resistance and durability.

Other things like the number of bowls and bowl size, will it fit and fit things in it.

Colour and finish, overmount for Laminate worktops with a drainer or undermount for solid surface worktops with the drainer cut out of the worktops in grooves or a slope.

Taps

Standard hot & cold, lever action, spray head.

Filter taps for cold filtered drinking water.

Boiling hot taps for making hot drinks and cooking instant pasta ETC.

Multi taps or separate taps.
